Built by French missionaries in 1846, St. Ann’s Roman Catholic Church exhibits European-style architecture with furniture and decorative articles imported from France. But the foundation stone of the church was laid by Father Michel Leknam, who died in 1836 before the church was completed. A bridge has been built in the church in memory of Leknam.
