An In-Depth Look at the Air Vapormax Plus

Recently, we’ve seen leaked images of another hybrid model from Nike. This time around, it’s the Air Max Plus and Air Vapormax that have been fused together. We’ve now been treated to an in-hand, close-up look, courtesy of Instagrammer Dirtymoney823.

We’ve already seen images of the triple black Air Vapormax Plus that’s rumoured to launch next year, not to mention UK Grime star Skepta rocking a pair for an Instagram photo with A$AP Nast. Now, Instagram user Dirtymoney823, who is notorious for getting his hands on releases early, has showcased two brand new colourways in immense detail. He shows off both a triple white and a grey colourway, and it’s safe to say both look just as clean as each other.

The actual construction of the sneaker features the alien looking upper of the Air Max Plus (often known as the Tn), and the innovative air unit sole of the more recent Vapormax. The two fit perfectly together to create the Air Vapormax Plus, potentially the most futuristic looking sneaker we’ve ever seen. Although, even with it’s space-age looks, the sneaker looks set for success, and fans around the world have voiced their opinions on the shoe over social media.

If you’re looking to grab a pair of these on-trend new sneakers, unfortunately there hasn’t been an official release date announced yet. Expect them to launch early 2018 though, as we can’t see Nike holding back on a release this awesome for long. There may well be a significant amount of hype surrounding their launch too, so if you’re dead set on a pair make sure you have a plan to cop ready and waiting.
