AP ECET 2023 Exam: Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada is going to conduct the AP ECET 2023 exam on 20th June 2023. The Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP ECET) is a state-level entrance exam conducted by JNTU, Kakinada on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). This exam opens the doors for Diploma holders of Engineering Technology/ Pharmacy and BSc Graduates seeking admission lateral entry to the 2nd year of BE/ BTech/ BPharmacy Programmes. Steps to fill the AP ECET 2023 Application Form

1. Visit the official website at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/ECET or by clicking on the link given above.
2. Candidates will first have to pay the AP ECET 2023 Application Fee and check their payment status.
3. After the successful payment of the AP ECET 2023 Application Fee, candidates can click on the “Fill Application” link to fill out the form..
4. Fill in all the details for application form such as Personal details, academic details, category, details of Common Entrance Test, permanent address, etc.
5. Upload the scanned documents like photograph and signature in the specified format.
6. Candidates will be required to read the declaration at the end and select the check box to complete the application form.
7. An Edit option will appear on the screen, once the application form is submitted.
8. Candidates can correct the mistakes by clicking on Modify button and then click on Confirm after verifying
9. Candidates must take a printout of the application form and fee receipt for future reference.

AP ECET 2023 Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for the AP ECET 2023 exam are prescribed by the APSCHE. The candidates failing to comply with the parameters set by the authorities for the candidates to be eligible for appearing in the state-level common entrance test, will not be permitted to attempt the AP ECET 2023 exam. The eligibility criteria for the AP ECET 2023 exam will be based on various parameters such as Nationality, Qualification, Age criteria and marks.

AP ECET 2023 Exam Pattern

The official exam conducting authorities released the AP ECET 2023 Exam Pattern along with the notification brochure. The AP ECET 2023 Exam will be conducted online mode only. The Exam pattern will help the students strategize their preparations in the right direction. AP ECET 2023 Exam Pattern for Engineering

Candidates willing to pursue engineering courses will be asked questions from 4 sections namely- physics, chemistry, maths and all engineering branches. There will be a total of 200 questions and the duration of the exam will be 3 hours.

AP ECET 2023 Exam Pattern for Pharmacy

Candidates willing to pursue a Pharmacy course will be asked questions from sections such as Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacognosy and Pharmacology. The full marks of the paper will be 200 and the candidates will have 3 hours to attempt the paper.

AP ECET 2023 Result

The AP ECET 2023 result will be released by the exam conducting authorities on the official website. Applicants appearing for the exam will be able to check the AP ECET 2023 result by logging in to the official website with their registration credentials. The result will be released by JNTU in the form of an AP ECET rank card. The qualifying percentage marks for obtaining a rank in AP ECET 2023 is 25% of the aggregate marks in the four subjects i.e., 50 marks out of a total of 200. However, in the case of SC/ST candidates, there will be no minimum qualifying marks.

The AP ECET 2023 counselling will be facilitated by the exam conducting authorities after the announcement of the result. Candidates will be required to pay the application fee as the first step to participating in the AP ECET 2023 Counselling.
