American blockbusters are back in the cinema offer and that is very much based on the entrances to the last two weeks in French theaters. Lilo & Stitch,Mission Impossible … And Bloodlines final destination remain firmly hung on the podium. The top box office trio of the week is unchanged from last week. And we can generally note a very good stability of almost all the films of the Top 10.

Lilo & Stitch even manages to attract more spectators than in the first week (+ 2%, and a cumulation already beyond the 2 million admissions (2,674,434 admissions very precisely). The film is already doing more than one double of the animated pane released in 2002.

Recall that Disney made the best start of 2025, last week with this film, with a score superior to God Save the Tuche.

Compared to the latest adaptations of Disney animated classics in real shots, Lilo & Stitch started better than Mufasa (released just before the start of the holiday season) but far from the 3,252,896 entries of the Lion King which had exceeded 10 million at the end of the course, well above the small Sirène and Aladdin and close to the scores of the Jungle and the Book.

Tom Cruise in 2nd place

In second place, Tom Cruise is also full of spectators: 582,394 more spectators at the end of the 2nd week of operating the film (and a cumulation very close to the 1.5 million admissions). In third place, Bloodlines final destination Attracts 190,858 more (cumulation of 722,550 admissions).

Let us underline the good performances of the French -speaking films present in Cannes, which are also illustrated by a good stability. The arrival of the future by Cédric Klapisch (who started at the same level as what binds us and a little below two me) is 4th this week and quietly spins around 500,000 admissions.

A Cannes effect on the box office?

The other novelty of the top 10 is the thriller The last robbery With Reda Kateb (9th, 36,711 entries). Finally, Sinners is now out of the top 10 (it is 11th) but note that it has crossed the million admissions.
