CBSE New Scheme Circular for Session 2021-22

The Central Board of Secondary Education’s (CBSE), in the past year, reduced the syllabus by 30% and conducted the board exam rationally for all students. They have divided it into two terms this year, according to the CBSE New Assessment Policy. The Board decided to create an academic ear for the current situation. The rationalized syllabus is available for both sessions. It is presented in points.

  • There will be two types of examination: Term 1 Examination, and Term 2. The CBSE Board Exam 1st term will take place in November December. CBSE 2nd Term Board Exam 2021 is scheduled for March-April 2022.
  • Both terms’ syllabuses will be split by 50%. CBSE will ensure that all topics are interconnected. CBSE’s syllabus will be rationally identical to that of the previous CBSE academic session, which will be notified in July 2021.
  • Students will also be required to take an internal test and practical project in class 10.
  • Online classes will be offered by schools. All schools will be able to upload their marks on the CBSE website at the end of each term.
  • The Board will continue to provide sample assessments, question banks, and teacher training for the session 2021-22 CBSE Board Exam.

CBSE New Guidelines for Class 10 and 12 Exam 2021-22

From this session, the CBSE proposed two board exam schemes for Class 10th-12th students. Many new guidelines were established for exam syllabuses and exam patterns this year. Students should now be aware of the new guidelines. CBSE New Guidelines below is an overview of 2021-22

  • All students will have to wait for 90 minutes at the end of their first term of CBSE. Students will receive the paper in Multiple Choice Questions. Schools will conduct the term 1 end paper. The paper can also be carried online if it isn’t conducted by the schools.
  • CBSE’s second term will end with a paper of two hours. This paper will be descriptive. CBSE will conduct the Second Term End Paper in their respective centers. The paper will not be conducted if it is not possible. Marks will be awarded on the basis First Term End performance, projects, and internal assessment for Classes 10 and 12.
  • If there were no First Term End Examinations or 2nd Term End Examinations, the marks will be based on internal assessments, project and practicals.
  • These scenarios are only possible if Board Examination is not feasible this year or next year for Class 10/12 students.
