Furie (Superman IV) in the 80s, Bryan Singer in the 2000s (Superman Returns), and Zack Snyder in the 2010s (Man of Steel), it is therefore James Gunn’s turn to offer us his vision of the most famous American superhero.

The title of the feature film has evolved during production: while the project had been announced under the title Superman Legacy, it was finally reduced to a very sober Superman.
Who is the new Lane laws?
The role of Lane Lane, colleague from Clark Kent and Love Interest by Superman, is interpreted by Rachel Brosnahan. She succeeds Margot Kidder, Kate Bosworth and Amy Adams.
A super-dog?
Superman’s dog, Krypto, appears in real shots in this film. The super-cabot has the same superpowers as his master and he thinks like a human being. He previously appeared in the animated series Krypto the Superchian (2005) as well as in the animated film Krypto and the Super-Animals (2022).
Zero ball
It was the son of Nicholas Hoult, Joaquin, 5, shaved his father’s head in order to play Lex Luthor!
