Do Not Be Afraid of Making Mistakes

Do Not Be Afraid of Making Mistakes: And so you might say, you don’t want to fail or you wish to avoid failing at all cost. Well if you take this view and more importantly if you stick with this viewpoint then you are far likely to achieve less in your lifetime. So what would have been your legacy?

Some people are just happy getting by, and it is the same people who wonder how these successful people manage to achieve so much and acquire far more. As you read on you will begin to discover how this is done, and what you need to do if you really want to compete in the 21st century job market.

You need to be aware you are no longer competing with your neighbour(s), we live in a globalised economy which means that you are now competing with candidates from around the world, and therefore you are going have to look at ways of improving yourself, gaining new knowledge and crucially learning how to market yourself far better than the rest of the competition.

Attend interviews

For instance, I will always urge people to attend interviews, sometimes just for the sake of it, as it helps you in improving your skills and gives you more confidence for when you might really need to make that all important move! A lot of people get scared of interviews, and so how do you deal with this fear?

The only way is to go for more interviews, as you will learn from your mistakes. It is like anything in life, the more you do the better you become. So don’t be put off by attending interviews, it is part of your learning process, and it is important you view this as part of your education. In the end however, the majority of people attend interviews for very superficial reasons, which you can see!

Networking activities

You need to decide whether you are going to get involved in a job, and do networking activities, or whether you are going to hang out in the bar watching the world go by, and enjoying yourself! Either way you are going to have to put in the effort and there are some people who might surprise you!

These people are driven from desire, and the rest you can see, right now. The top 100k sales people must have some special spark, and the rest of us will discover what we are capable of when we finally let go of our fear, and do what we truly enjoy.

Finding a job which you enjoy requires a bit of planning and knowledge, but its well worth it in the end! The top 100K sales people enjoy their jobs, and so do the rest of us! So my top tip is to start by asking yourself some tough, modern day questions, like…

What am I passionate about? What am I scared of doing? What do I need to do to get there?

And…

Is money everything? Does the pursuit of wealth make you unhappy?

Find your answers to these questions, and if you discover you are looking for a life beyond this world of financial worry, then you are in luck.

Take some time to think about what you are passionate about, and more importantly which task you would love to do each day.

Which task do you want to do? Are you looking to:

* Save a planet?

*Protect the environment?

*Protect the world’s wildlife?

*Re to reduce food waste?

*Stop climate change?

*Maintain the fabric of society?

*Disarm nuclear weapons?

*abadore the world?

*Protect the biodiversity?

Take your time to answer these questions, and dont forget to consider any spiritual beliefs that you may have. Your answers to these questions may help you to decided what career is right for you, and the type of person you are.

Now Its time to look at some practical suggestions on how you can achieve the career you passion.
