A total of 5118 vacancies for Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs) and Drawing Teachers posts have been released by the Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB). Step 2: On the homepage click on the link “ Notification for Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs) and Drawing Teachers posts”

Step 3: Click on New Register and enter your details and valid Mobile Number and Email Address.

Step 4: A provisional registration ID and password will be sent to the candidate’s registered mobile number and email address.

Step 5: Log in with the registration ID and password and complete the application form by submitting relevant information.

Step 6: Upload a passport-size photograph and signature in the prescribed format as mentioned in the instruction bar.

Step 7: Click on the Preview & Submit button, and you are redirected to the Preview Application page.

Step 8: Click On the Proceed to Payment button to complete your payment (if applicable).

DSSSB TGT Recruitment 2024 Application Fee

Candidates are required to pay a fixed amount of application fee to apply online for DSSSB TGT Recruitment 2024. Candidates from the General/ Other Backward Class/ Economically Weaker Section have to pay Rs. 100/- and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste / Schedule Tribe/ PwD/ Female candidates are exempted from paying the application fee. An application fee will be paid online mode through NET Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card etc.

DSSSB Vacancy 2024 Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility parameters for DSSSB TGT Recruitment 2024 are set by the Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) to recruit eligible candidates for Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs) and Drawing Teachers posts. • Candidates must have completed their Graduation Degree (Honors/Pass) with at least 45% marks in the concerned subjects/combination of subjects and aggregate.
• Provided further that the requirement as to a minimum of 45% marks in the aggregate at graduation level shall be relaxable in case of-
  a. Candidates who possess a Post Graduate Qualification in Mathematics.
  b. Belonging to SC/ST
  c. Physically handicapped category
• B.Ed or equivalent degree from a recognized university
• Passed CTET Paper II
• Working knowledge of the Hindi language at least up to a Secondary Level or equivalent.

DSSSB TGT Age Limit

Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years and the candidate’s upper age limit should not be more than 32 years to be eligible to apply online for DSSSB Recruitment 2024. Age relaxation for reserved categories will be provided as per government rules.

• Maximum Age – 32 years
• Relaxable up to 40 years in case of female candidates

DSSSB TGT Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

The selection of the candidates for Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs) and Drawing Teachers’ posts will be based on One Tier examination (Computer-Based Test). Marks scored by candidates in the Computer-based Based Test/Exam will be normalized d (If required). The final merit list and selection of the candidates will be based on the normalized score.

DSSSB Exam Pattern 2024

• DSSSB Computer Based Test/Exam will consist of objective type multiple choice questions.
• DSSSB  exam will be held for a total of 200 marks.
• For each question, 01 mark will be awarded and there will be a negative mark, 1/4 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer. 
• The time duration for the exam will be 02 hours.

DSSSB Recruitment 2024 Salary

The candidates selected for the TGT and Drawing Teacher post under DSSSB TGT Recruitment 2024 will be paid a monthly salary as mentioned in the notification pdf, set by the government.
