About East Coast Park
East Coast Park Map It represents a 185-hectare Singaporean coastline located around Marine Parade and covering Tampines and Bedok along the south-eastern coast of the country. The park was opened in the 1970s when the then rulers were completing their process of reclaiming land from the coast of Katong which extended from Kallang to Changi. A park is a place of respite for a variety of seaside communities such as Bedok, Marine Parade and Kallang. People come here to rest and relax. There are also barbeque pits, well centres, chalets as well as other facilities for a variety of sporting activities. People can also fish here or go camping overnight.
Cost: The park is open throughout the day, but the best time to visit is from morning to afternoon. East Coast Park Singapore Entrance Fee There is zero, but renting inline skates, bikes, etc. costs about $3 per hour. Other activities you choose to participate in will vary in cost.
Best time to visit East Coast Park

1. Beach Life
East Coast Park has a sandy beach that is perfect for families and children to enjoy their day out. Come here to relieve your stress and enjoy the beach near car park E2 (near the lagoon). You don’t need to bring your own sand toys if you don’t want to, there are facilities available that will allow you to rent them. Additionally, there are kiosks that rent bikes to complement your beach adventures. In addition to the beach at E2, there is also a beach opposite Parkland Green in Area C.

2. Cycling
East Coast Park Cycling It is an expert in itself because of the tracks offered. One must go to the blue kiosk when trying to rent a bike. This is because cycling is one of the major activities that you can enjoy here. The park has a flat terrain which makes it really ideal for pedaling on two wheels. But it is not mandatory that you have to rent a bicycle to enjoy the ride, you can also bring your own bicycle. Their fares can be found in Area B, Area C and Area E.
3. Sea Sports
Aloha Sea Sports here offers wonderful opportunities to enjoy the water beyond swimming. You can opt for stand up paddling (SUP) or windsurfing courses with an instructor here and these are available at both beginner and advanced levels. 4. Water Ski Park
Come to Singapore Wake Park to enjoy the cable ski facility, where you can enjoy water sports without even going into the open sea. It doesn’t matter your experience with it, as long as you enjoy water skiing. Even children as young as six years of age can participate.
5. Extreme Skatepark
It’s about the size of two and a half football fields, which also means it’s that much fun. Located on Area F, in addition to Car Park F1, there is a wide range of circuits for different degrees of proficiency. Once you get there, you’ll find rails, ramps, bowls, and more that will provide the challenge you need to relax and enjoy. 6. Laser Tag
If you feel like taking a break from all the fun outside, then the indoor environment has brought you laser tag. Come to the Facility at Parkland Green for some unlimited fun. The facility has two rooms and can accommodate up to 20 people at a time. But it is advisable that you call ahead and ensure that there are no private bookings during the time slot you want to visit. Once this is confirmed, bring your friends to Area C and get ready for some fighting.
7. Marine Cove Children’s Playground

Designed like a lighthouse, this children’s playground park has swings and lots of toys and facilities so they can play as much as they want. 8. Barbecue

Everyone knows it’s fun to go to the beach for some games and water sports or just to enjoy some warmth, but without some food, it doesn’t seem complete. So book a barbecue at Singapore’s East Coast Park and take your raw ingredients with you to cook up a storm while enjoying the sea and its treasures. You can book one of those barbecue pits using the AXS machine.
9. Camping
If you really want to enjoy the beach atmosphere then arrange some East Coast Park Camping That’s the way to go about it. Bring your camping equipment and enjoy being close to the water and enjoying unlimited barbeque sessions. The major designated camping areas are in Areas D and G. - Remember that you will need permits for many things at this beach, such as camping permits, which you can book either through the AXS self-service machine or online. But to do this you will need to be a long-term visa or permanent resident of Singapore.
- Don’t have an open fire here, instead rent a barbecue pit for cooking and lighting a fire.
