European Countries List

Europe is the second-smallest continent among the seven continents of the world. It covers an area of about 10.18 million km2 (3.93 million sq mi), that is, about 2% of Earth’s surface. Europe in totality is divided into 50 countries. According to 2021, the total population of Europe is about 745 million which constitutes about 10% of the world population. Geographical Location of Europe: Europe is located in the northern hemisphere and eastern hemisphere. Europe is commonly segregated from Asia by the watershed of the Ural Mountains, the Ural River, the Caspian Sea, the Greater Caucasus, the Black Sea and the waterways of the Turkish Straits.
