Common Problems and Solutions
| Problem | Solution |
| “Mobile Number Not Registered” | You cannot block via SMS. Call Customer Care immediately and use the “Account Number” verification option. |
| “Details Mismatch” Error | Ensure you are entering the primary account holder’s DOB. If it fails, visit the branch immediately. |
| No SMS after Blocking | Do not assume it is blocked. Call the helpline to confirm status. |
| Address Changed | If you moved houses, do not order a new card online. The card goes to the old address. Update address at the branch first. |
| Card Found After Blocking | A blocked card cannot be unblocked. Destroy it (cut the magnetic strip/chip) and wait for the new one. |
