After testing a few times (seven times to be exact), I ended up with the best Instant Pot brown rice recipe. Cooking brown rice in the Instant Pot is my new favorite method. Then, use the natural release for 20 minutes, meaning you don’t touch the lid until all the pressure has naturally released from the pot for the directed amount of time. Steam will stop cooking the rice.
