Jeremy has spent his career working on regulatory compliance initiatives related to the financial products that you use every day.  He has worked with dozens of brands like Nerdwallet, Credit Sesame, The Points Guy, The Simple Dollar, Million Mile Secrets, Bankrate, and MagnifyMoney to implement compliance best practices.

Experience

Jeremy began his career at CreditCards.com on their compliance team after receiving his J.D.  While at CreditCards.com he used his expertise to bring their network of over 100 financial bloggers into compliance with quickly changing regulations by implementing industry leading best practices. In recognition of his efforts, Jeremy was invited to speak to BoardingArea publishers alongside Barclays about the importance of compliance.

While at Rakuten Marketing Jeremy helped oversee the Chase, Wells Fargo,  and T.D. Bank affiliate programs, monitoring their network of hundreds of publishers.

Prior to joining Investopedia, Jeremy was at Wirecutter and was on the team that launched their Money vertical, which included building new products and features that brought compliance to the forefront of content creation.

Jeremy joined Investopedia in 2019 to oversee all marketing compliance.  He brought a wealth of financial product experience that is put into practice to help protect the best interests of Investopedia’s readers.
