She made her first real estate investment in 2014 with the purchase of a Westwood, California condo for $1.3 million that she attempted to flip in June 2017, initially asking $1.6 million, before slashing the price to $1.5 million in order to find a buyer. In 2017, she sold her Hollywood Hills home for $6.85 million. She made around $350,000 off the transaction after she bought in 2016 from actors John Krasinski and Emily Blunt, who lived across the street from her good friend Jimmy Kimmel in a house Blunt and Krasinski bought for $1.86 million in 2009.
Kendall picked up a five-bedroom home on a gated estate in Beverly Hills in October 2017 for $8.55 million. In fact, according to the source, she sold the Hollywood Hills home in large part because it was somewhat exposed and she’d been the victim of stalker calls to 911 on multiple occasions. The new gated community of Beverly Hills is the much-vaunted fictitious location of Mulholland Estates (her next-door neighbour is Christina Aguilera), although five times Paris Hilton’s Mulholland home was burglarised.

Controversy
Jenner has confronted this type of controversy and public outrage before. In January 2017, Jenner received $250,000 for an Instagram post promoting an upcoming Fyre Festival that turned out to be a fraudulent venture riddled with corruption and inefficiency; many critics accused Jenner of promoting the fraudulent event. In April 2017, Jenner appeared in a commercial for Pepsi with the message: ‘Live for Now.’ The commercial was ultimately pulled the next day after receiving a wave of criticism on social media, wherein Pepsi was accused of misappropriating the Black Lives Matter movement and protests against police violence.
In June 2017, she was facing controversy again, having launched a set of T-shirts with her sister Kylie featuring logos or images of musicians and bands including Tupac Shakur, The Doors, Metallica, Pink Floyd, and The Notorious B.I.G. A number of the artists’ estates sent cease and desist letters. One of the photographers whose picture of Tupac Shakur was used filed a lawsuit against Kylie and Kendall Jenner for copyright infringement. The sisters removed the shirts and offered a public apology.
Personal Life
