Landman: a former Grey's Anatomy star joins the cast of season 2 – News Series

A new name to the casting of season 2 of Landman. Although Stefania Spampinato did not appear in any other series of the creator of Yellowstone, his name is however not unknown to fans of Grey's Anatomy. The actress from Italy appeared in the role of Doctor Carina Deluca in 44 episodes of the medical series, and in several seasons of her spin-off station 19.

In Landman, Stefania Spampinato will lend his features to the wife of Gallino, the drug baron embodied by Andy Garcia. The latter only appeared at the end of the last episode of the first season to offer a very advantageous commercial partnership to Tommy Norris (Billy Bob Thornton), now at the head of the oil company that used it.

New creation by Taylor Sheridan (Yellowstone), Landman immerses us in the ruthless universe of oil exploitation in Texas. Tommy Norris is a Landman, the name given to those responsible for solving everyday problems. Exhausted by the trials of life, Tommy tries to make the stress of his work with a particularly chaotic family life cohabit.

The first season of Landman was a great success, notably by signing one of the best starts of all time on Paramount+. During filming, season 2 should be broadcast by the end of the year. Recall that this program has no connection with Yellowstone, although the two series share the same creator.
