The candidates must fulfil the below eligibility criteria in terms of nationality, age limit and educational qualification.
Nationality
The applicant must be a citizen of India, a subject of Nepal or Bhutan or a Tibetan Refugee with the intention of permanently settling in India or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

NHB Recruitment Selection Process
The selection for the post of Assistant Manager & Deputy Manager will be done through two-tiered processes i.e. Online Examination and Interview. - There will be 5 sections in the Online Examination for Assistant Manager, among which English Letter Writing & Essay is descriptive in nature and others Objective Types.
- The time duration of the online exam is 210 minutes.
- There will be 157 questions for 225 marks.
- The medium of the exam will be English & Hindi except for the language paper.
- For every wrong answer marked, 1/4th of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted
