Because if Nisma did indeed lose her father following an assassination, and Abdel, her legal guardian, in the collapse of the Mistral, she still has family, who were alive during the finale of Plus belle la vie. Nisma is indeed the niece of Elsa Bailly, a character who is normally in prison, and she has a brother Bilal, who, according to the last news, was still alive.
