Common Problems & Solutions
| Error / Problem | Solution |
| Land Seeding: NO | Your land records are not digitally mapped to your PM Kisan ID. Action: Visit your local Patwari/Tehsildar (Revenue Dept) with your physical land documents and Aadhaar to update the seeding manually. |
| Aadhaar Bank Seeding: NO | Your bank account is not linked to Aadhaar for DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer). Action: Visit your bank branch and submit a “DBT Linking Form” specifically for PM Kisan/NPCI mapping. Or, open a new account with India Post Payment Bank (IPPB) which links DBT automatically within 48 hours. |
| e-KYC: NO | You cannot receive funds without e-KYC. Action: Go to the portal > Click ‘e-KYC’ > Enter Aadhaar > OTP. Alternatively, use the PM Kisan GOI App for Face Authentication e-KYC. |
| Record Not Found | Your application might still be pending at the state level. Action: Check status under ‘Status of Self Registered Farmer/CSC Farmers’ on the portal. If pending for months, visit the Block Agriculture Office. |
| Stop Payment by State | Usually due to ineligibility (Income Tax payer or wrong land info). Action: Contact the District Agriculture Officer to understand the specific reason for rejection. |
