Bvlgari—an Italian jewelery and luxury goods brand, also known for producing and marketing product lines including jewellery, watches, fragrances and luxury hotels. Bvlgari now has a new luxury address, with the opening in Shanghai in the month of June.
The sixth hotel in the luxury brand’s hospitality collection, Bvlgari, Shanghai is located on the banks of Suzhou Creek. It is a 48-floor tower with 82 rooms including 19 luxury suites. Additionally, Bvlgari has also renovated the adjacent Chamber of Commerce Shanghai and transformed it into the 500-square-metre, triple-height-ceilinged Bulgari Ballroom with Italian gardens.

To give the hotel a Chinese feel while maintaining its Italian design, guest rooms feature materials such as black lacquer wardrobes and Tuscan Calacatta marble tabletops. The hotel also has a spa with a 25-metre indoor heated swimming pool and beauty treatments based on luxury brands such as La Mer and Amala.
Dining options include a rooftop Italian restaurant and a fine dining Cantonese restaurant in the former Chamber of Commerce Shanghai. Bulgari also plans to open luxury hotels in Moscow and Paris by 2020, and in Tokyo by 2022.
