Steps to Apply Online for SIDBI Grade A Recruitment 2022-23
The candidates have to submit their online application form to SIDBI to get enrolled for the SIDBI Recruitment 2022. Follow the below steps to know how to apply for SIDBI Grade A Recruitment 2022-23.
Step-1 Browse the official website of Small Industries Development Bank of India @www.sidbi.in
Step-II On the homepage, click on “Careers” appearing on the top and a new page appears with all the current recruitments.
Step-III Click on “Application for Assistant Manager ‘Grade-A’ in General Stream”.
Step-IV Now click on “SIDBI invites Applications for Recruitment of Officers in Grade ‘A’– General Stream” and now click on the “Click here to apply online”.
Step-V Now candidates have to register for the application process, choose the tab, “Click here for New Registration” and enter Name, Contact details and Email-id.
Step-VI A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen
Step-VII Now login with the Registration Number and Password and start filling in the details required in SIDBI Grade A Application Form 2022.
Step VIII Upload the required documents as per the required dimensions. Photograph (4.5 cm* 3.5 cm), signature (with black ink), left thumb impression (on white paper with black or blue ink), a handwritten declaration (on white paper with black ink).
Step-IX Pay the required application fee online and submit the duly filled application form much before the last date i.e. 24th March 2022.

SIDBI Grade A Education Qualification (as on 03.01.2023)
The candidates must hold any of the below-mentioned degrees to be eligible to apply for SIDBI Grade A Recruitment 2022-
- Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering (Preferably Civil or Electrical or Mechanical) / Bachelors’ Degree in Law
- Post Graduate Degree in any subject from an Institute / University recognized by the University Grant Commission (UGC) or Central Government
- CA / CS / CWA / CFA from ICAI / ICSI / ICWAI / CFA Institute
SIDBI Grade A Age Limit (as on 14.12.2022)
The candidates of the age group 21 to 28 years are eligible to apply for SIDBI Grade A Recruitment 2022. Candidates born not earlier than 14.12.1994 and not later than 15.12.2001 [both days including] are only eligible to apply for SIDBI Grade A Recruitment 2022.

A candidate will be shortlisted for SIDBI Grade A Assistant Manager posts upon his/her performance in the selection stages of the SIDBI Grade A Exam 2022. There will be 2 stages for selection followed by Document verification at the time of joining

SIDBI Grade A Exam Pattern 2022
1. SIDBI Assistant Manager Exam consists of 4 subjects- Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and General Awareness.
2. There will be a Descriptive Test for 50 marks (Candidates will be required to answer by typing on a computer).
3. The question paper consists of 160 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
4. The time duration of the exam is 2.5 hours (180 minutes).
5. The marking scheme has been discussed in the below table for each section.
6. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks.

SIDBI Grade A Recruitment 2022 Salary
The basic salary of SIDBI Grade A Assistant Manager is Rs. 28,150 with a pay scale of Rs. 28150-1500(4)-34350-1750 (7)-46600-EB-1750(4)-53600-2000(1)-55600(17 years). The net SIDBI Grade A salary is approx. Rs. 70,000/- per month including dearness allowances, house rent allowances, and other benefits.

SIDBI Grade A 2022 Admit Card
The applicants whose applications are accepted will be issued with SIDBI Grade A Admit Card which is the mandatory document to be carried to the exam hall. SIDBI Admit Card will be uploaded on the official website of SIDBI @sidbi.in around 10 to 15 days prior to the exam day. No hardcopy or personal information will be sent to the candidates in terms of the SIDBI Grade A Admit Card 2022.

Small Industries Development Bank of India will be releasing SIDBI Grade A Result after each stage of the selection process. The candidates who qualify for the online test will have to appear in the interview round. The final SIDBI Grade A Result will be released after the conduction of the interview round.
