Squid Game: one of the main bad guys in the series joins the casting of another successful series from Netflix – News Series

Roh Jae-Won, recently seen in the role of one of the main bad guys in the 2 and 3 seasons of “Squid Game”, joins the cast of another South Korean series very popular with Netflix subscribers.

It is not only squid game that is a hit on Netflix. In the shadow of the most seen series of all time on the platform, another South Korean production has managed to combine hundreds of millions of hours of viewing. The series in question is none other than All of Us Are Dead, the adaptation of the eponymous horrific webtoon.

The first season features an invasion of zombies. Students confined to their high school will do everything to ensure their survival, and find a way to escape the premises before the danger ends up catching them.

From squid game to all of us are dead, there is only one step!

It has been more than three years that the shooting of the series has not resumed, despite the immense success encountered by the first season of the program. But let fans be reassured: season 2 will indeed come into filming this year. The proof, new names have just been announced to the casting of the series and in particular that of Roh Jae-Won.

The 31 -year -old actor became known worldwide last December, thanks to season 2 of Squid Game. He lent his features there in Nam-Gyu, alias the number 124. Right arm of the psychopath Thanos in the second season, he then became one of the main bad guys in season 3 and his drug use makes him as formidable as they are pleasant.

Kim Si-Eun, who played player number 095 in the second season of Squid Game, also joins the casting of All of Us Are Dead. Two prestigious recruits therefore, for this successful series that has been long in coming for more than three years. The start of the shooting announced for next month, however, lets hope for a return to Netflix from 2026.
