The weekend promises to be particularly tragic for the faithful of such a great sun.
Indeed, the writers of the daily soap opera of France 3 have chosen to start summer with a major twist: the death of an emblematic character.
And as much to say that nothing will ever be as before under the sun of Montpellier.
Drama in Montpellier!
In A new extract available on the France.tv platformAkim (Aïssam Medhem) is back in Montpellier. It must be said that the young man did not really appreciate that Margot ends their story by phone (Clara Botte).
He therefore awaits the young woman at the exit of the BGL cabinet and offers to go for a drink to chat. But the latter, visibly to the end, refuses any conversation.
“”Akim, it's over. I don't want us to be together anymore. Now you let me go. You have to move on“She says firmly.
Annoyed, Akim grabs him violently by the arms while telling him that their story cannot end like this. Terrorized, Margot asks him to stop but Akim refuses to listen to him and continues to be virulent towards him.
While he insists on whether she met someone, the young woman assures that not. “”I didn't find anyone. I don't love you anymore. You have to let go now“She screams on the verge of tears.
But Akim, who loses control, comes back. The tone rises. So much so that passers -by end up calling the police.
Thaïs (Lila Guiraud) and Thierry (Nicolas Gérout), who are in patrol a few steps away, are called to intervene. Arriving on site, Thierry immediately recognizes his former teammate and tries to reason. In vain.
The tension is at its height. Feeling the situation degenerate, Thierry draws his weapon and orders Akim to follow him to the police station but the latter refuses to comply. The two men stuck violently and a gunshot sounds …
Who will die?
If the episode ends on this terrible cliffhanger, it is unfortunately Thierry who will die.
Seriously injured by bullet at the abdomen, the policeman will arrest cardiac and lose his life before he was even transported to the hospital.
A brutal death that promises to shake up the whole police station in Montpellier. While Kiim will have to assume the consequences of his actions, Thaïs could, on the other hand, question his future within the police in the next episodes of the soap opera of France 3.
