Tekron Chair by Acasso Folds and Unfolds With a Lifting Strap

Folding chairs are generally a popular option for businesses despite their boring design and complicated mechanism. Sensing an opportunity, Seoul-based Acasso design studio has come up with a unique folding chair design that looks stylish and is super simple to fold. I dare say, it is such a beautiful metal chair that anyone will wish to take it home.

It is an internal project of the studio that has been conceived by Jake Lee of Acasso in collaboration with Dayoung Lee and Scott Yeom.

A shiny aluminum frame and a colorful lifting strap along with a military-grade metal buckle form the main structure of the Tekron Chair. It can fold and unfold easily using the strap on its back.

When you pull the strap, the back of the seat smoothly rotates and slides up through the bearing-assisted sliding structure until it is completely vertical, making it a comfy seat. The chair folds completely flat by tightening up the nylon strap.

As visible in the 3D visualizations, the Tekron chair takes very less space in the folded position. Simple aesthetics and folding mechanism are two factors that make it a practical, folding chair design.

The Acasso Tekron folding chair is not just meant for sitting, it also adds a pleasing industrial accent to space along with a vibrant essence with its colorful straps. Suitable for homes as well as for businesses, this foldable chair is a one-of-a-kind chair designed for those who love a little sparkle and space-saving knack of their furniture.
