The Adidas Ultra Boost is arguably one of the most popular “new” trainer silhouettes of all time. It launched back in 2015, and was frequently worn by rap legend Kanye West, instantly driving it’s popularity to new heights. Today, it’s a sneakerhead and streetwear favourite.
Ahead of the launch of the brand new Ultra Boost 4.0, Adidas is still churning out 3.0 colourways like there’s no tomorrow, and they’re still flying off shelves every time. Many claim the Ultra Boost is in fact the most comfortable trainer ever made, and after wearing a pair myself I can confirm that they’re up there with the best. Earlier today, Adidas announced a brand new colourway for the 3.0, titled simply “Dark Green”.
The new edition of the sneaker features all the usual Ultra Boost technologies you’d expect, including the ever comfortable Boost technology sole underfoot, and a fully Primeknit upper for added comfort. The upper is decked out in a deep, forest green colour, including the lace cage. The heel cage gets a clean matte black colour this time. Topped off with the clean white Boost midsole, it’s a stunning colourway overall.
If you’re liking the look of the Adidas Ultra Boost 3.0 “Dark Green”, you’ll be able to grab a pair soon. There hasn’t been an official release date just yet, but it’s sure to follow soon. They’ll be releasing via Adidas online store, their flagship stores and select retailers around the globe. Expect the usual amount of hype as with any Ultra Boost release, just be ready to grab a pair quick time if you’re after one.
