A masterpiece of the founding science fiction literature of Cyberpunk, “Neuromancer” is deemed to be unsuitable. However, an Apple TV+ series is in production. Here is the very intriguing first overview.

It must be said that the streaming service specializes in ambitious, large budget and breathtaking science fiction series and it does not intend to stop there, like for all mankind, Foundation, Silo and Constellation. And his next large SF series promises to be grand.
Apple TV+ the next big SF series
Last year, the streaming service acquired the rights of a new SF fiction based on a masterpiece of literature, deemed unsuitable. It's the novel Neuromancer Written by William Gibson and published in 1984 which will become a series for Apple TV+.
This multipressed book is considered the founding novel of the Cyberpunk movement and has inspired many works such as manga Ghost in the Shell And the Matrix film.
There have already been many attempts to adapt this novel, including the videographer and pro special effects Chris Cunningham (Alien 3, AI Artificial Intelligence), director Vincenzo Natali (Cube) and Tim Miller (Deadpool).
But it is ultimately in series of 10 episodes that Neuromanier will be adapted by the duo Graham Roland (Fringe, Jack Ryan) and JD Dillard (Devotion, The Twilight Zone).
For the moment, a neuromance season has been ordered by Apple TV+ but if the success is there, the series could be renewed for other episodes, since William Gibson gave two suites to his novel – Count zero (1986) and Mona Lisa has fun (1988) – To constitute the trilogy entitled “Sprawl”.

It is the catsubo bar, held by Ratz, a man with an iron and muscular arms. It is in this place that criminals and hackers find themselves, including the hero Henry Dorsett Case, a Cowboy of Cyberespace, a hacker who crosses the matrix, in the Conurb, the largest megalopolis in the world located in North America.
He is the best and nothing can resist him. But one day, being too greedy, he decides to double his employer. This one, in retaliation, injects him a Russian mycotoxin which selectively destroys part of his nervous system, that which is linked to “trods” (the electrodes of his computer console). Case then loses any ability to connect to the matrix: for him, everything is lost, he is nothing …
Composed of 10 episodes, the first neuromance season is carried by Callum Turner, which we had already seen in Green Room and fantastic animals but which really exploded last year with the series of spectacular war Masters of the Air (produced by Steven Spielberg and Tom Hanks).
In production since the start of the year in Japan, Neuromance also counts in its ranks Briana Middleton, Joseph Lee, Mark Strong, Peter Sarsgaard, Emma Laird, Dane Dehaan, André de Shields, Max Irons, Marc Menchaca and the French Clémence Poésy.
