TNPSC Group 4 Hall Ticket 2024 Download for Prelims Exam on June 9

One of the post popular government exam in Tamil Nadu state, TNPSC Group 4 is going to be conducted on 9th June.  The Hall Ticket for the Combined Civil Services Preliminary Exam (CCSE-IV) exam has already released by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) last week. Candidates who have applied for this competitive exam can now download their hall tickets from the official website of www.tnpsc.gov.in by using login details i.e. Application ID and Date of Birth. TNPSC Group 4 Exam and Hall Ticket Details

TNPSC Group 4 exam is conducted annually to recruit eligible candidates for the posts of Junior Assistant, Bill Collector, Typist, Village Administrative Officer (VAO) Officer, and Steno-Typist Posts. This year, the TNPSC Group 4 Objective Type examination is going to be held on 09th June 2024 from 09:30 am to 12:30 pm. The TNPSC Group 4 Exam 2024 consists of a total of 200 questions from the Tamil Eligibility-cum Scoring Test, General Studies, and Aptitude and Mental Ability Test.

How to Download TNPSC Group 4 Hall Ticket?

  1. Open your web browser and visit the official website www.tnpsc.gov.in.
  2. Under the important link section click on the link “Hall Ticket Download” and then click on the Notification tab.
  3. A new page appears on the screen click on Download Hall Ticket – Combined Civil Services Examination–IV (Group-IV Services).
  4. Enter your login details such as Application ID and Date of Birth.
  5. TNPSC Group 4 Hall Ticket appears on the screen.
  6. Download and take a printout to appear for the examination.

TNPSC Group 4 Selection Process

Under the selection process for Junior Assistant, Bill Collector, Typist, Village Administrative Officer (VAO) Officer, and Steno-Typist Posts) Candidates have to undergo the written exam and document verification process.

  • Written Exam – The Tamil Nadu Public Services Commission (TNPSC) will conduct the TNPSC Group 4 written exam to select candidates for various Group 4 vacancies. The exam will be held on an objective-type paper (OMR Method). The minimum qualifying mark is 90 for all the categories.
  • Document Verification Process – Candidates who pass the written exam will be invited to a document verification process. During this process, candidates must present their original documents to validate the information provided in the application form.

Important Instructions for TNPSC Group 4 Exam

All those candidates who are going to attend the TNPSC Group 4 exam must download their Hall Tickets well in advance and carefully read the guidelines and instructions provided. It is recommended that they verify the location of their designated test center beforehand to ensure they arrive at the venue on time on the day of the examination.

  • Candidates must bring the TNPSC Group 4 Hall ticket to the examination venue. Otherwise, candidates will not be allowed to write the examination.
  • Candidates shall also candidates must bring an original and photocopy of their ID proof i.e. Aadhaar card, Passport, Driving Licence, Permanent Account Number (PAN) card, or Voter ID card.
  • Candidates are advised, in their interest, not to bring any of the banned items including
    mobile phones to the venue of the examination, as arrangements for the safekeeping of the same cannot be assured.
  • All entry gates to the examination venue will be closed 30 minutes before the start of the exam, and no one will be allowed to enter afterward.
