Inspired by real -frightening and worrying real facts, Goliath is undoubtedly one of the most effective French judicial thrillers in recent years. In addition to the stunning performance of Emmanuelle Bercot, this hectic and punchy feature film is notably carried by the opposition between the characters embodied by Gilles Lellouche and Pierre Niney.
After having delivered a remarkable (and noticed) performance a few years earlier by playing the courageous hero to save or perish, Niney thus returns to the camera of Frédéric Tellier and radically changed the register by lending his features to the ruthless Mathias.

A memorable face-to-face
