Tension rises to the hospital

At the hospital, David is waiting to be summoned by management following his altercation with Dr. Martin. He confides to Yasmine that he does not want to take a blame because of Clemence. If this is the case, he will not hesitate to file a complaint against her for harassment.

Claire, who listened to the conversation, intervenes and finds that David exaggerates. Clémence still did not push it to the end. Underwatering, David explains that he necessarily happened for him to treat her from Connasse.

But for Claire, this whole story is just a misunderstanding. You just have to give him time to adapt. Yasmine agrees with her, but she finds that it is not a reason to speak badly about her colleagues.

Claire recognizes that she can be brittle. She also confirms to David that she has no information on management’s decision. The latter explains to them that he is anxious and that he has a lot of trouble sleeping. To relax the atmosphere, Claire offers them to have a drink to the hut together, which they accept.

A few hours later, Clémence made a round with Yasmine. She gives him instructions for one of his patients. Feeling her tense, Clémence tries to start the discussion with her. But Yasmine is distant. She explains to him that she does not want to friend given what happened with David.

Claire then goes to see Janet at her office to talk about David. Janet replies that she has not yet heard from management. Claire informs him that if there is a sanction, David will complain against Dr. Martin for harassment. Alain believes that it was he who insulted him, not the opposite.

At the end of her working day, Clémence said goodbye to her team with a smile, but everyone looks at her. The doctor is very affected by this situation. She then finds Flore. She explains to him that she is disappointed.

She was happy to join the service. Flore is convinced that people will understand that the message on the forum is false. But Clémence recognizes that it is difficult to change a reputation. Flore believes, however, that it is his mother that we isolate and harass.

Dimitri is suspected of the murder of Rebecca

In the early morning, Yann went to Dimitri to arrest him as part of the murder of Rebecca. Dimitri does not understand and asks to speak to his lawyer.

Transported in the interrogation room, he answers Yann’s questions in the presence of Claudine. The policeman asks him to talk about his relationship with Rebecca. Dimitri explains to him that they went out together for a few months, but the story ended badly.

Yann stresses that this must probably have a link with the flight of the Rebecca customer file. Dimitri confirms it to him, but he deeply regrets his gesture. Yann wants to know if he saw Rebecca the days before his death.

Dimitri’s and replied that they were no longer in contact. Yann then shows him the photo of the video surveillance where he discusses with the young woman. Embarrassed, Dimitri plans that man is a double. Yann advises his suspect to tell him the truth.

Dimitri confirms to him that he saw Rebecca that evening. But he just jostled him, he didn’t assign him. He tells her that he wanted to ask the young woman not to charge him too much for the trial. But she insulted it.

Dimitri then explains to him that he saw Rebecca twice: the first time a week before his death, and the second, the evening of his death. He had indeed discovered that Rebecca was carrying a large number of cachets in her bag.

Intrigued, he had decided to follow her. He had then found that she had sold these stamps to a young woman at the end of the gym. He immediately understood that she was dealed. He wanted to use this information to make her sing. Either she withdrew her testimony, or he denounced her to the police. Yann wants to know what happened next. Dimitri insists and tells him that he returned home. He is unable to kill someone.

Claudine finally finds herself alone with Dimitri. She points out to him that he goes on bullshit, and that he aggravates his case by telling anything. She asks him to recognize the facts.

But Dimitri insists: he didn’t kill Rebecca. Claudine hypothesizes that he did not do it voluntarily, but that there may have been an altercation that went wrong. He would have jostled her and she would have fallen. But Dimitri does not give up. He followed him a few minutes before going home. He is not an assassin.

Yann finds Judge Laplace and Becker. He explains to him that they have no evidence regarding Dimitri’s guilt. He did not confess. The judge recalls that they have video surveillance images but Yann replies that it proves the assault, not murder.

Two DNAs were found on Rebecca’s body: that of Dimitri and another unknown. So there is potentially a second suspect. The judge advises Yann to put pressure on Dimitri to admit.

At the police station, Manu will see Yann to ask him questions about Dimitri’s arrest. He wants to know if he confessed, but Yann replied that this is not the case. For Manu, they waste time with this track. It was not he who killed her. His murder is necessarily linked to the trafficking of steroids.

Eve calls Manu to tell her that she will stay for a few more days at Eliott. The policeman understands. She then asked him if the investigation has advanced. Manu replied that a suspect was arrested. It is Dimitri.

But for the moment, he has not admitted. Eve is surprised. She knows him and knows that he would not hurt a fly. Manu explains to him that he attacked Rebecca before his death. But Eve can’t believe it. Her spouse agrees with her, but her colleagues do not want to hear anything.

A little later in the day, Manu returns to the scene where Rebecca’s body was found. On his way, he crosses a homeless. But when he asks her if he can ask her questions, she fled. He tries to follow her and falls on a corner arranged under a tree. He then understands that she may have witnessed Rebecca’s death.
