UPSSSC Forest Guard Selection Process 2024

1. Written Examination:- The selection process for Forest Guard posts begins with a written examination that will be conducted in offline mode for a total of 100 marks. Candidates must score minimum qualifying marks to move further.

2. PMT & PET:- Shortlisted candidates then have to appear for a physical measurement test (PMT) and physical efficiency test (PET). At this stage candidate’s body measurement and physical endurance are evaluated based on various parameters and activities.

3. Document Verification:- Those candidates who successfully pass previous two stages are then called up for a document verification round. In this, candidates need to come up with their essential documents, and their authenticity is then verified by authorities.

4. Medical Examination:- During this final selection stage, candidate’s physical fitness, and ability to perform tasks related to respective posts are evaluated.

UPSSSC Forest Guard Exam Pattern 2024

There will be a written examination for UPSSSC Forest Guard posts which will include 100 objective-type/multiple-choice questions. Every candidate must thoroughly check exam pattern before starting their preparation, it will give an idea about which subject they should more focus on.

  • There will be a total of 4 parts in this exam i.e. Part I, II, III & IV.
  • This examination will be conducted for a total of 100 marks.
  • 1/4th marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.
  • For every correct candidate will get 1 mark.
  • The UPSSSC Forest Guard examination will be conducted for a total duration of 2 hours (120 minutes).
