by To celebrate the launch of its “new day” soap opera, M6 put the little dishes in the big ones with an evening in an idyllic setting. Allociné was lucky to be part of the guests and returns to the highlights of this party.
Wednesday June 25, Montpellier. This is where M6 decided to locate the launch party for its new soap opera, a new day. And for good reason, since the series is turned in the surroundings, between studios located in Vendargues – where such a great sun is filmed -, a 3000 m2 backlot in an industrial area of Montpellier, and the Capion Domaine Castle, located in Aniane, 30 minutes from Montpellier.
It is the latter that production has invested in locating the 4 -star hotel in Domaine Bartoli, which is a full -fledged character again. Indeed, the soap opera follows the daily life of the family at the head of this hotel and its staff, between family secrets and rivalries. And it was in this building dating from the 16th century, surrounded by 45 hectares of French vines and gardens, that the launch party took place.

After recovering the key to their room at the reception, the guests were treated to a more real visit to the hotel, during which a staff member, embodied by a figurative, played the guides through the corridors and the rooms that were renovated in the space of three months in view of the shooting.
The visit completed, an appointment was then given to the back of the castle. It was around the swimming pool that the producers of the series split a speech celebrating the teams again.

No less than twenty-five actors (out of thirty-four) had answered present, including Héléna Noguerra, the interpreter of Louise, the director of the hotel, Jean-Baptiste Maunier, who plays the son of Louise, and Bruno Solo and Vincent Desagnat, familiar faces of M6. The young talents, mostly from Montpellier and its surroundings, were also there, as, among others, Marion Aymé (Théa), Inès Torroglosa (Kim), and Vinicius dos Santos Lagier (Adrian). The creators of the series, Mohamed Benyekhlef and Mari Mouazan, were also there.
Forty influencers and public figures were also on the list of guests, including Ève Gilles, Miss France 2024, and the influencer fitness and animator Juju Fitcats – who will soon play in the soap.
New day
The speech part and photo sessions, all these little people seized the dance floor, to the sound of tubes that replaced the song of the cicadas. The credits of the series, interpreted by Hoshi, was of course on the playlist.
A festive atmosphere, an united and enthusiastic cast, a sumptuous setting: we can say that M6 has succeeded in its launch evening.
New day is broadcast from Monday to Friday at 8:35 p.m. on M6, and is available in replay on M6+.
