Your Office Job: Although most people associate dangerous working environments with jobs like construction or commercial diving.  You’d be surprised how much the modern office job can destroy your health. People are finding that working in an office environment can dramatically start to take its toll on their health over time. The human body wasn’t made to sit in one place slouched over a computer all day.

Spending too much time on your computer can lead to a variety of problems for your wrists. Many people develop carpal tunnel syndrome as a result of too much typing. Even repetitive strain as a result of clicking their mouse too much.

Obesity

Sitting in one place for long hours is not beneficial for your body.  Even if you work out at the gym while not at work, spending the majority of your day in the same position can still lead to obesity.

It’s important to try and get up and move at least every 30 minutes.  Even a quick walk to the office water cooler for a drink of water can have benefits on your overall health.
